Rewire your responsesRealize what's possible
All For You is a one-day nervous-system retreat for smart, self-aware women who have done the work, built meaningful lives, and still sense a brighter, freer, more fully expressed version of themselves they haven’t been able to access yet.
You don’t need to start over. You need to stop running today’s life on yesterday’s code.
Guided by The People’s Neuroscientist™️ — Dr. Rowshanak Hashemiyoon, PhD — you’ll work at the source of your patterns, rather than their symptoms, so insight becomes a felt shift and change reaches the level where your responses are actually stored.
Who This Is For
Do any of the following sound familiar?
“I’m capable. I handle things. I'm fine.”
- Others rely on me and assume I'm okay
- I rarely ask for help — and then only when things are already near the breaking point and I'm resentful
- No one considers me because I trained everyone — including myself — not to
The cost: You're no longer part of the equation
“When something feels hard, I just deal with it.”
- I just keep going and going because I feel like I have no other choice
- I don't know if I'm strong or I'm numb
- Rest feel optional, indulgent, or irresponsible
The cost: Tolerance becomes a badge of honor — while you slowly disappear
“I trust myself — but then I don't act on it”
- I say yes when I mean no
- I obsess over the “right” decision
- In the end, I think: “I knew exactly what I should do — so why didn’t I do it?”
The cost: Your identity loses its anchor because your self-doubt is extinguishing your self-trust
“I lose myself under pressure.”
- Certain people or circumstances cause me to collapse or perform
- I contort myself to keep the peace, keep control, or keep approval
- I limit myself to what feels manageable, not true
The cost: You organize your life around avoidance or endurance
“I'm not living a life that is true to myself”
- I choose the status quo over what I know is needed
- I feel a sense of relief when I don’t have to be responsible for my own decisions
- I'm in a holding pattern because I can't move forward with clarity
The cost: You lose authorship of your own life.
If any of these landed, this retreat is for you.
Reserve your seat to expand the range of your nervous system, improve your resilience, and level up your decision making.
The Shift
What actually changes
This is not about insight alone. When the nervous system updates, change shows up in how you feel, how you act, and how you move through your life.
What you feel
Relief that arrives without having to explain it
- Less internal tension without changing external competence
- A felt sense of steadiness in moments that used to derail you
- Decisions landing cleanly instead of lingering
- Reduced mental cleanup after interactions
What changes, practically
Visible shifts in everyday decisions and actions
- Faster, clearer boundaries
- Fewer reversals and second-guessing
- More consistent follow-through on what you already know
- Energy freed up from constant self-management
The deeper shift
From managing to living
Neuroscience-Based
A source-level approach to the patterns you understand intellectually but still repeat automatically
Somatic Integration
Guided movements and embodied practices anchor insights to recalibrate your nervous system
Guided & Structured Framework
Intentionally curated & professionally facilitated across multiple modalities to help new patterns take hold

A private space to stay connected and supported as the work continues beyond the day itself
What You Will Experience
Three pillars for change that lasts
You update your phone's operating system, but when was the last time you updated your own operating system? Now, more than ever, if you're still running outdated programs, you're running today's life on yesterday's code — and that shows up as glitches in your choices, your boundaries, and your well-being.
They aren’t signs that you need more discipline, more awareness, or another strategy for managing yourself. They’re signals from older response patterns that are still running beneath conscious awareness — shaping how you react, decide, protect, connect, and move through your life before you’ve had the chance to choose differently.
That’s why lasting change has to reach more than the thinking mind. It has to register in the body, the nervous system, and the relationships where new responses are practiced, reinforced, and made real. A shift has to be understood, felt, and lived — because that’s how the nervous system wires. All For You is built on that architecture: neurobiological rewiring to help you understand the pattern, somatic integration to help your body register the shift, and community support to give new responses a place to be explored and reflected back.

Neurobiological Rewiring
The way you react under pressure is not random. It’s biology. Your automatic patterns are not character flaws. They are adaptations your nervous system learned to protect you, preserve connection, and move through uncertainty with the best options it had at the time. Over time, those adaptations can become default settings: over-functioning, shutting down, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, self-doubt, over-explaining, or losing access to your own clarity under pressure.
This pillar shows you what is happening beneath the reaction: how old programs get stored, why they can take over before conscious choice, and what your nervous system needs in order to update. You’ll learn to recognize the pattern without mistaking it for who you are — so the old reaction stops being a source of shame and becomes something you can work with. The path to rewiring is traveled by working with the pattern underneath the reaction, not just the behavior it creates.
Neurosomatic Integration
Your body needs new evidence, not just new insight. Your nervous system does not update through information alone. It updates through experience. That’s why All For You works through multiple access points to the nervous system, including cognitive reframing, body-based practice, sound, sensory grounding, reflection, relational safety, and non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation.
These are not random modalities stacked into a wellness day. They are choice-based pathways designed to help your system reframe, release, and repattern — without force, performance, or emotional excavation. You choose what supports you. You choose how deeply you participate. The method is sequenced; your experience is self-led. The goal is simple: to help your body align with what your mind already understands — and begin updating how your system experiences safety, agency, and choice.
Community Support
Relationships are one of the nervous system’s primary prediction environments. Early relational patterns teach the body what to expect — when to protect, perform, withdraw, soften, trust, or stay present.
That’s why community is not an add-on to this work. New relational input gives the nervous system different evidence: steadiness, choice, attunement, and repair experienced over time. The private community built into All For You gives new responses a place to be explored and reflected back — so the nervous system receives new evidence, not just new insight.

The Event
A day designed for women who have spent enough time holding it together
Exact location shared upon registration
Grounded in trauma-informed, nervous-system-based practices, the day is designed to restore a felt sense of internal safety, agency, and choice. Through gentle movement, guided reflection, sound, and science-based regulation tools, you will reconnect with your body and leave with practical resources you can use immediately.
Your Day
A Structured, Full-Day Nervous System Reset
Your body intelligence did exactly what it had to do to keep you safe. But the same protective strategies that made you strong then may be costing you clarity, self-trust, and choice now. This retreat is a recalibration, focusing on nervous system work and somatic integration, that updates the old protection running your life, so you can stop living for survival and start living in alignment with who you truly are.
Orientation & Reframing
- You’ll understand what your nervous system has been doing to protect you — and why it makes sense.
- Intelligent protective adaptations are honored, allowing the release of misplaced shame.
Embodied Integration
- Insight is brought into the body through guided movement and regulated relational connection.
- Your choices are honored.
- No performance.
- No forced sharing.
Nervous System Repatterning
- You’ll learn how regulation actually stabilizes — and how to work with your nervous system instead of against it.
- You'll learn how to reach the unconscious body consciously to create alignment anchored in internal safety.
Identity & Navigation Systems
- Separating being from doing.
- Understanding shame as a navigation error, not a character flaw.
- Clear frameworks you can take with you.
Reflection & Integration
- Optional integration pathways, including sound-based regulation, guided reflection, non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation.
- No fixing.
- No emotional excavation.
Release & Completion
- Release ritual designed to help you externalize what no longer serves you — without emotional excavation.
- Release and meaning-making as a group.
- Completion, orientation back to daily life, and soft departure.
- Space to connect, reflect, and regulate before departing.
Your Guides
Meet the facilitators
Grounded in science. Led with care. Your experience is held by practitioners who have walked this path themselves.

Dr. Rowshanak Hashemiyoon
Behavioral Neuroscientist
Dr. Rowshanak Hashemiyoon is a PhD neuroscientist pedigreed in clinical, behavioral, and systems neuroscience. She is an architect of unified human culture and founder of Access to the Path.
Her work focuses on how human nervous systems respond to prolonged stress, pressure, and damaging narratives — and how safety, trust, and coherence can be restored at the level where those experiences actually live: the body.
Known as “The People’s Neuroscientist™,” she is recognized for making sophisticated scientific ideas accessible without stripping them of depth. Her work is deeply attuned to how people actually live, work, and relate — taking misattributed shame out of human experience with scientific explanations that make sense.
Her approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and choice-based. Rather than pushing insight, catharsis, or performance, she emphasizes regulation, internal safety, and agency. Dr. Hashemiyoon’s work bridges science, spirituality, and practical wisdom to support individuals, relationships, and communities rise to the greatest expression of themselves.
In creating All For You, she brings this lens directly into the room — creating a space where women can reconnect with their own capacity for safety, choice, and power, without pressure or prescription.

Kiana Love
Certified Somatic Facilitator
Kiana Love has spent over 25 years helping women find their way back to themselves — out of the grip of childhood and generational trauma, and into bodies that feel like home.
She works at the intersection of somatic healing, ayurveda, and energy medicine, guided by a simple but radical premise: that the nervous system isn't broken, it's responding. Her role is to help women understand that language — and rewrite it.
Founder of the Be Wild Woman Healing Center on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Kiana holds a B.S. in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston, advanced training in Holistic Health from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and Ayurvedic studies from The DINacharya Institute.
Her practice draws from an unusually wide range of healing traditions, including somatic healing, Atma Yoga, Reiki Mastery, Integrative Energy Medicine, Sacred Centers Chakra Therapy, VortexHealing, Systemic & Family Constellations, Feng Shui, and Interfaith Ministry — each chosen not for breadth, but because it works.
What distinguishes Kiana isn't her credentials, impressive as they are. It's the quality of presence she brings — shaped by her own healing journey and refined across decades of private practice.

Access for All
Scholarship Support
Because access should not depend on circumstance.
All For You exists to restore agency, internal safety, and choice. We believe financial strain should not be another barrier to access.
A limited number of partial scholarships are available for women who feel called to attend but would otherwise be unable to.
This is not charity. It is community stewardship.
You do not need to share your story. You do not need to justify your worth. You do not need to prove hardship.
If cost is the only reason you would not attend, we invite you to apply.
How It Works
- Scholarships are partial (amount varies based on need and availability)
- Applications are reviewed privately and confidentially
- Decisions are communicated within 3–5 days
- If approved, you'll receive a private link to register at the adjusted rate
We aim to preserve dignity, privacy, and agency throughout the process.
Contribute to the Scholarship Fund
If you are in a position to support another woman's attendance, you may contribute to the scholarship fund during registration.
Your contribution directly expands access to someone who is ready, but constrained.
You may remain anonymous.
Supporting access is one way we embody what this day stands for: choice, restoration, and women supporting women.
