Terms of Service & Participation Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to All For You, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms of Service & Participation Agreement (“Agreement”).

1.Nature of the Experience

All For You is a live, in-person educational and experiential event focused on nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, reflection, and personal development.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The event is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
  • No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided
  • Participation does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or fiduciary relationship
  • The experience is offered for educational and personal development purposes only

2.Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

All participation is entirely voluntary.

You understand and agree that:

  • You may opt out of any activity at any time, for any reason
  • You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and psychological well-being
  • Experiential, reflective, or embodied practices may evoke emotional, physical, or psychological responses
  • Individual outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed

You agree to participate only to the extent that feels appropriate for you.

3.Health & Capacity Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, you affirm that:

  • You are capable of participating safely, or
  • You have consulted with a qualified professional if you are uncertain

You agree to pause participation and seek appropriate support if you feel unwell, overwhelmed, or unsafe at any point.

4.Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional or psychological discomfort
  • Physical sensations, movement-related strain, or fatigue
  • Nervous system activation or stress responses
  • Spiritual, existential, or meaning-oriented experiences
  • Shifts in perspective, belief, identity, or self-perception

You acknowledge that All For You includes experiential, reflective, embodied, and potentially spiritually meaningful elements, and that responses to such experiences vary widely between individuals.

You further acknowledge that these risks are inherent to the nature of the experience and, by their nature, may arise in experiential and embodied learning environments. You accept these risks as yours and yours alone, voluntarily choosing to participate with full responsibility for your own well-being.

5.Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law, you agree to release and hold harmless All For You, its organizers, facilitators, partners, contractors, volunteers, and venue from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or liability arising out of or related to your participation, except as prohibited by law, including cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6.Confidentiality, Privacy & Community Conduct

To support a respectful and safe environment:

  • Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose identifying personal information shared during the event without explicit permission
  • Generalized, anonymized, or non-identifying reflections or insights may be shared
  • The organizers and facilitators may share anonymized, aggregated, or non-identifying insights or themes from the event for educational or promotional purposes
  • Harassment, coercion, pressure to participate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated

The organizers do not monitor, control, or assume responsibility for disclosures made by participants outside the event. Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct compromises the safety or integrity of the event. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7.Payment, Refund & Attendance Policy

All ticket purchases are final.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • Failure to attend the event does not entitle you to a refund
  • Scheduling conflicts, emotional discomfort, dissatisfaction, or change of mind do not constitute grounds for a refund

Tickets may be transferable with written notice prior to the event, subject to approval and capacity limitations.

8.Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing your purchase, you expressly authorize a one-time, non-refundable charge and agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal with your credit card provider, bank, or payment processor.

You acknowledge that chargebacks are not an acceptable alternative to the refund policy.

Chargebacks may not be initiated for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-attendance
  • Emotional or subjective dissatisfaction
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Misunderstanding of the nature of the experience

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Agreement constitutes a breach of contract, and this Agreement may be submitted as evidence to the payment processor in response to such disputes.

9.Good-Faith Resolution

If you experience an issue related to your purchase, you agree to contact the organizers directly at allforyounow@proton.me and allow a reasonable opportunity for good-faith resolution before pursuing any external payment dispute.

10.Photography & Media

The event may include limited photography or video for documentation or promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to incidental inclusion in such materials unless you notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.

11.Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

12.Agreement & Affirmative Consent

By purchasing a ticket, you affirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety
  • You agree to all terms knowingly and voluntarily
  • You understand that all sales are final and chargebacks are prohibited
  • This Agreement constitutes a binding contract

Your electronic acceptance, checkbox acknowledgment, and completed purchase serve as legally binding consent.
